Fit-Bits Fitness Program

For children ages 6-8

Have a son or daughter ages 6-8 years old that loves to do obstacle courses, fitness games, and activities with other kids? Then this is the perfect program for them! Our Fit-Bits Fitness program provides roughly 45 mins of fun physical activity.

The program is every Friday from
5:00pm-6:00pm and runs in 8 week sessions

  • 10 minutes - introduction and warm-up
  • 35-45 minutes of fun physical activity

Monthly program with classes Monday through Thursday. Athletes have the option to come all 4 days if they would like, which in total could result in 16 training sessions per month. Each class throughout the entire program will have a different workout. Monday & Wednesday is upper body training days and Tuesday & Thursday is lower body days.

Each session is LIMITED TO 30 SPOTS! This is to ensure each athlete receives the appropriate individual attention needed to maximize their results.

Self-Defense Program

For ages 8-15

Looking to learn some self defense
skills to boost confidence and be
able to potentially protect yourself in
a dangerous situation? Then this is
the perfect program for you! Come
train with an experienced Kenpo
Karate Black Belt and Certified
Fitness Trainer, who mixes martial
arts and fitness all in to a 45-minute
class. Each class will help you get
closer and closer to being able to
protect yourself while also getting
your sweat on in the process!

The program is every Friday from
6:00pm-6:45pm and runs in 8 week
sessions
