Little Sluggers Baseball

For beginner players ages 4 through 7

Looking for a Baseball program for your son or daughter
to learn the basic fundamentals? Our Little Sluggers
Baseball program is the perfect place to start!

Our Little Sluggers sessions are for the beginner player
Ages 4-7. The program provides young ball players an
opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge of the
game. Players will be trained in the basic fundamentals of
the sport: catching, throwing, hitting, fielding & running the
bases. Participants will be introduced to the basics of the game with our enthusiastic coaches in a positive, fun, learning environment

The program is every Thursday from 5:00pm-6:00pm and runs in 8 week sessions

  • 10 minutes - introduction, recap of previous week & proper warm up/stretching
  • 30-35 minutes of practice
  • 15-20 minutes of games

Group Basketball program is the perfect place to start!

Our Hoop Group sessions are for the beginner player
Ages 6-9. Players will be trained in the basic fundamentals
of the sport: dribbling, passing, catching, rebounding and
small sided games.

Participants will be introduced to the basics of basketball in a positive, fun, learning environment

The program is every Friday from 5:00pm-6:00pm and runs in 8 week sessions

Looking for a field hockey program for your son or daughter to learn the basic fundamentals, our Youth Field Hockey School is the perfect program

The Accelerate Field Hockey Clinics are perfect for Players to learn the basic fundamentals of the sport. Each player will be provided with a fun and safe learning environment through focused training sessions lead by experienced coaches. We will focus on each players individual skill development by working on specific stick and ball drills to build each player's 1v1 skills.

For children ages 6-8

Have a son or daughter ages 6-8 years old that loves to do obstacle courses, fitness games, and activities with other kids? Then this is the perfect program for them! Our Fit-Bits Fitness program provides roughly 45 mins of fun physical activity.

The program is every Friday from 5:00pm-6:00pm and runs in 8 week sessions

  • 10 minutes - introduction and warm-up
  • 35-45 minutes of fun physical activity

Gridiron Gang program is the perfect
place to start!

***This will be a Flag Football program but concepts
learned can be applied to Tackle Football as well***

Our Gridiron Gang sessions are for the beginner
player ages 6-9. Players will be trained in the basic
fundamentals of the sport: throwing, catching, running with the ball, route running, and basic offensive and defensive concepts that can be applied in a tackle or flag football setting. Position specific instruction will be provided as well.

Most importantly, participants will be introduced to the basics of football in a positive, fun, learning environment!

The program is every Thursdays from 5:00pm-6:00pm and runs in 8 week sessions
