Fit-Bits Fitness Program

For children ages 6-8

Have a son or daughter ages 6-8 years old that loves to do obstacle courses, fitness games, and activities with other kids? Then this is the perfect program for them! Our Fit-Bits Fitness program provides roughly 45 mins of fun physical activity.

The program is every Friday from
5:00pm-6:00pm and runs in 8 week sessions

  • 10 minutes - introduction and warm-up
  • 35-45 minutes of fun physical activity

The program runs for a total of 12 weeks, Monday through Thursday. Athletes have the option to come all 4 days if they would like, which in total could result in 48 training sessions. Each class throughout the entire program will have a different workout. Monday & Wednesday is upper body training days and Tuesday & Thursday is lower body days.

Each session is LIMITED TO 30 SPOTS! This is to ensure each athlete receives the appropriate individual attention needed to maximize their results.

Classes provided on:
Mondays & Wednesdays: 5-6pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 4-5pm
