How it works:

The program will run for a total of 12 weeks, Monday - Thursday at a variety of times shown to the right. Athletes have the option to come all 4 days if they would like, which in total could result in 48 training sessions. Each session throughout the entire program will have a different workout. Monday/Wednesday will be our upper body training days and Tuesday/Thursday will be our lower body days.
